Chín môn học bắt buộc là những môn thiết yếu nhất trong Kinh tế, Tài chính, Thương mại, Quản lý, được xây dựng và đào tạo theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế:

2. Hoạt động
1. Sau mỗi khóa học, học viên sẽ phải tham gia một kỳ thi và được cấp chỉ hoàn thành các môn học được đào tạo theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế. Những học viên có kết quả học tập tốt (đạt điểm trung bình 14/20 trở lên, không có môn nào dưới 10/20, điểm Toán không dưới 13/20) sẽ được giám đốc khoa học của Trung tâm và giáo sư Lê Văn Cường cùng nhau giúp đỡ tìm trường, học bổng, viết thư giới thiệu và viết đề cương nghiên cứu để nộp hồ sơ xin học bổng ở nước ngoài nếu có nhu cầu, hoặc viết thư giới thiệu với các cơ quan, công ty mà học viên muốn dự tuyển.
2. Đối với các học viên không nhận được học bổng từ các trường đại học ở nước ngoài, HSE-WRU có thể lựa chọn và giúp đỡ để gửi đi học nước ngoài bằng học bổng ngân sách nhà nước của Bộ giáo dục. Các giảng viên của HSE-WRU sẽ ưu tiên nhận hướng dẫn học viên làm luận văn Thạc sỹ và luận án Tiến sỹ.
3. Một số trường ĐH sau đây sẵn sàng tuyển các sinh viên đạt tiêu chuẩn trên (đạt điểm 14/20 trở lên, không có môn nào dưới 10/20, điểm Toán không dưới 14/20) học Master (Aalto (Finland), Cyprus, Toulouse School of Economics, Paris School of Economics, QEM Erasmus Mundus, Trento, Manchester, UK) hoặc vào thẳng PhD program (Arizona State University, NUS, Singapore).
